  • Yaris WRC

A sculptural interpretation of a contemporary Group 2 rally car, commissioned by its driver as a reflection of performance and environment.

Constructed from laser-cut aluminium and assembled through exposed mechanical fixings, the piece emphasises structure and precision. The wheels, formed in hand-polished brass, introduce contrast and subtly reference the movement of sand and debris across a rally stage.

Steam-bent veneers extend the composition, creating a sense of forward motion and instability, as if the car is captured mid-stage. Balancing engineered detail with expressive form, the work translates the dynamics of rallying into a resolved, physical object.

  • Jaguar C Type

A solid aluminium sculpture celebrating the Jaguar C-Type, commissioned as a tribute to a significant moment in the car’s history.

Developed in CAD and realised through traditional sandcasting at a specialist UK foundry, the piece translates the car’s form into a refined, monolithic object. The surface is hand-finished through a graduated polishing process, bringing depth and clarity to the aluminium.

Subtly referencing its association with notable drivers, the work balances heritage, craftsmanship and material presence in a single, enduring form.

  • Knobbly Lister

A bespoke sculptural work derived from the original front section of a 1950s Lister race car, reimagined as a permanent display piece.

Following damage sustained during competition, the decision was made to preserve the form rather than restore it conventionally. The piece was developed in close collaboration with its owner, respecting both the car’s history and its continued life in motorsport, while creating a new context for display.

The sculpture explores the structural language of the vehicle through a framework of aluminium rods and precisely engineered connections, translating the original bodywork into a reduced, architectural form. Integrated elements allow for the discreet display of selected artefacts, extending the narrative of the car beyond the track.

Fabricated in the UK and installed internationally, the work stands as a personal and enduring interpretation of a significant machine — balancing preservation, craftsmanship and individual story.

  • T80

A sculptural study of the pre-war Mercedes-Benz T80, conceived as a tribute to one of the most ambitious land speed projects ever undertaken.

Developed from archival photographic reference and translated into CAD, the form is dissected into an egg-crate framework that reveals the underlying structure of the vehicle. The individual elements are laser-cut in aluminium and hand-finished, bringing precision and luminosity to the intersecting planes.

By reducing the T80 to its internal geometry, the piece shifts focus from surface to structure, presenting the car as both engineering vision and sculptural form.

  • 917

A sculptural interpretation of the Porsche 917, defined through a precise stainless steel framework.

Developed from original reference drawings and translated into CAD, the piece retains the proportions and surface language of the car while reducing it to its essential structure. The form is articulated through hand-welded stainless steel, polished to reflect light across the underlying geometry.

Mounted on a CNC-machined aluminium support, the sculpture presents the 917 as both engineering object and spatial study — balancing accuracy, material clarity and restraint.

  • Bluebird K3

A sculptural tribute to the Bluebird K3, the record-breaking hydroplane driven by Sir Malcolm Campbell in 1938.

The form is developed in solid aluminium through traditional sandcasting and hand-finishing, creating a refined, reflective surface that emphasises the boat’s distinctive profile. Integrated within the piece is a preserved fragment of original timber from the restored vessel, introducing a direct physical link to its history.

Balancing material contrast and historical reference, the work presents the K3 as both artefact and object — a reduced, tactile interpretation of speed and engineering legacy.

  • Vantage

A precision-machined aluminium sculpture, commissioned to reflect a level of engineering excellence.

Developed in CAD and realised from a single billet using advanced five-axis CNC machining, the piece is defined by its continuity and structural integrity. The form is resolved without assembly, allowing the material and geometry to remain uninterrupted.

Balancing digital design with exacting manufacture, the work presents a distilled expression of engineered form — reduced, precise and complete.
